PBMA Construction Journal: From Start to Finish

Way back on August 1, 2007, our building was just a stack of rebar.

In September, crews started on the plumbing and grading. In late September, we finally saw our concrete slab poured.
On October 11, we got our first wall!
In November, a roof started taking shape.
In December, the building was up and painted. The crews brought in a crane to lift ten air conditioning units onto the roof.
They poured the driveway.
With the exterior nearly complete, work moved inside, where offices had to be built and electrical had to be installed.

Just to give you an idea of scale, look at this car compared to the rest of the warehouse.
To let everyone know where the new place is, we had several new signs installed.
Max has been keeping an eye on every step of the construction process.
We are just one week away from moving the offices into the new building. Here’s what it looks like right now…The offices are painted and carpeted.
